16 Cemetery was where Clara Kelly lived prior to her passing away in 1968 and where her and her family lived for many years.

It appears that Constance Kelley received Cemetery Road in her name in 1968 after her mother Clara Kelly passed away in early 1968.

Maureen, Constance's daughter was given the property in 1996 and sold it in 2001. Maureen held the mortgage her self (not a bank) to the buyer. The buyer defaulted on this mortgage and was foreclosed on so the property was again in Maureen's name in 2005.

In 2016 the property was transfered to Lynda Cannizzaro (nee Weichmann), Maureen's Daughter. Unfortunatley Maureen was sick and the property has to be transfered back to Maureen for Medicaid purposes.

In 2018 the property was sold for Medicaid qualificaiton reasons for Mauraan.
