Of Cheektowaga, NY, March 7, 2002; beloved husband of Zelma V. (nee Duchanski); loving father of Zelma Ann (Michael) Slawiak, Kevin (Helen), Dennis (Debra), John V. (Sue); grandfather of nine; dearest brother of the late Joan (Leonard) Zielinski and the late Stanley (Carol) Kruszona; also survived by nieces and nephews. Funeral service Saturday at 9:15 AM from the URBAN BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME INC, 6685 Transit Rd., East Amherst (3 mi. North of Maple) and in St. Patrick's Church, 77 Church St., Lockport, NY at 10:00 AM. Visitation Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. John was a member of the U.A.W. Local #424.
