According to Josie Kelley (Wife of John Kelley) - she said that Charles Kelley had two children with a women named Margaret after his divorse from Emma Heideman. She said the children's names are Helen and Arthur.

I the 1900, 1910, 1920 Censuses I do not see any siblings of Charles names Margaret. In the 1940 census after the divorse, Charles is living with his son Chalres Jr and a Woman named Margaret Fritz listed as his sister and a 3 year old girl named Helen listed as Charle's niece. Josie believes this is actually Charle's daughter Helen and that Margaret is this woman and not his sister.
