Mrs. Clyde Rogers, aged 20 years, died at her home in Yorkshire, September 30. She is survived by her husband, three children and father and mother.

Claude E. Hurst was charged with grand larceny in second degree in stealing an automobile belonging to Mrs. Joslyn from the Merrel-Soule Company plant in Arcade on May 20, 1929. He had a criminal record. He plead guilty and was sentenced to serve not less than five and not more than ten years in Auburn prison.
