As of January 2012:

I searched the following microfilm and found a potential match. In 1792, there were only a few poeple born in Oberreichenbach (Weißenhorn) Bavaria with one being an Andreas. The film is very hard to read, it appears that the ink may be smudged on the first bunch of pages. The microfilm is actually marked this way. Althogh I've attached this as a source, I'm not completely convinced this is correct.
