Brian Smith did research on this microfilm reel beginning in September, 2000.

This reel contains the oldest records from Soufflenheim, except possibly the Evangelical Church records for Sessenheim.

 

All records on this reel are handwrtten.

 

The reel is divided into five volumes. Volume 2 is split into two sections, which I have called 2A and 2B. Volume 1 is by far the largest. Volumes 3, 4, and 5 are very small.
