Narrative
Mr. Vandozer and his wife were old people and d ied at their place at an early
day. He willed the west half of his farm to his grandson, Isaac McWithey, who
sold a strip of about 12 acres off from the west side to Isaac Cutler, Esq., in
November 1789, and the remainder to Russell Smith in August 1795; M r. Smith
building house on the same, which is now standing, east from John P. Sheldon's.
